Yes! We do have a physical store. Our store is open between 12:00 – 20:30 on weekdays and weekends except Monday.

Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do ship worldwide. If your shipping destination is not available, please contact us.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost varies depending on the item and the location of delivery. The total shipping cost for your order will be calculated once you proceed to checkout, after you have specified your shipping destination. We work with PTT Cargo for international orders, which is a government post-office.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments major credit cards such as Mastercard and VISA. You may also pay by wire transfer.

When will my order be processed?

All orders will be processed within 2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays

How can I track my delivery?

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our international logistics partner, by using your tracking number. When will I receive my products?

Shipping times will vary depending on the item. If you have ordered an in-stock item, it will be fulfilled in 3 days. And it should take no more than 10-15 days to reach it’s destination country. Notice that any kind of tax and customs duty in destination country will be in your responsibility. If you think that you are exceeding your customs limit please get in touch prior to your purchase. We might have a reseller in a country near you, so that we can organize a better shipping method.

How can I recover my password?

By clicking on that link you will be redirected to a page where you can reset your password. Alternatively you may just click here to recover your password.

I have a discount code or gift cheque, how can I use it?

Key in the related code at the field “Discount Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the discount code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase. A discount code cannot be used on an already discounted product in the store.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can change your address. So please get in touch with us as quick as possible and remember we ship your goods in 3 days.

I have never made an online payment before and holding back, what can we do about it?

But if you are still holding back or you don’t use a credit cards, that’s alright. You may complete your order by choosing a wire transfer option. And yet if you still have questions or concerns you may get in touch with us anytime by email.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, please send us an email regarding your request. You can return your purchases for any reason within 15 days of purchase. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We will review your request and issue you a return authorization upon approval. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All items must arrive unused, unpacked and in the original packaging with it’s original invoice.
